Financial Development At Its Best
Commercial development opportunities are endless at the Dayton International Airport. There are more than 4,000 acres of green space on airport grounds. The airport is divided into four different development sites. The General Aviation site has prime acreage along Dixie Drive. Utilities and infrastructure are already in place. Alongside Terminal Drive is the Airport Commerce Park site. Commerce Park has approximately 500 acres available for upscale office, light industrial and cargo related activities. Airport Commerce Park is defined by the new roadway improvements and those that are already in place. The Menlo Logistics Network is also underway at the Dayton International Airport. Menlo’s developer is posturing to begin construction of its second 100,000 square foot building in the Logistics Park.
Incentives at the Dayton International Airport include an active Foreign Trade Zone and a Community Reinvestment Area Program that provides up to fifteen years of real property abatement.
The airport also partners with the Ohio Department of Development; the Ohio Department of Transportation; the Dayton Development Fund; CityWide Development Corporation and the Montgomery County Government Equity Program for grant opportunities and creative financing for on-airport projects.
